I see that you are having problems with the fingerprint reader on your computer. I would like to help with this issue but I need some information.
Can you give me the model and product number of the computer? Here is a link that shows how to find that information.

Thanks for the information,
Here is a link to the software and drivers download for your system. The fingerprint reader software is under the tab "Software-Security".
If you continue to have trouble after reinstalling the software you can also try to download an update for the SimplePass software using this link.
Let me know what happens.
