There are a few places online that I've heard provide the service of replacing/fixing the DC jack. I honestly cannot vouch for them though as I have never used the service and they are in no way affiliated with HP. The most I can really recommend to you is searching Google for HP Computer DC Jack Replacement and doing a little research. I'm sorry, I wish I could give you some more information, but I cannot.
