Not able to use WiFi connectivityGeneric Bluetooth Adapter causing trouble please suggest soloution

 

OS: Windows 7.0  32 Bit

Notebook HP430

Generic Bluetooth Adapter Error: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

Hardware Id's

1. USB\VID_03F0&PID_311D&REV_0001

2.USB\VID_03F0&PID_311

 

Already installed recommended network controler driver suggested by same forum that driver problem resolved but still not able to connect through wifi due to Bluetooth Adapter problem.

It does appear to be a commercial product. I will provide any assistance I can, but it may be best to post in the business support forums linked below.

Are you certain the bluetooth issue is causing your wifi connection issue? The reason I ask is that bluetooth is a separate technology that operates independently of wifi. It seems more likely that there is a separate issue causing both symptoms.

Try running the Microsoft FixIt linked below. It is suggested by Microsoft for that device error code (code 43).
