Hello everyone.

Yesterday I bought HP ProBook 470 G1 and I installed Windows 7 x64. I installed graphics drivers for AMD Radeon HD 8750M from here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download but it didn't work, but laptop couldn't recognise graphics card. Can someone help me please?

Hi:

You can only use the amd graphics driver from the 470 G1's support and driver page as that GPU needs a custom driver.

Hi again.

Thank you for answering, but that drivers are not good also. I install them, but when I go to Device Manager under Display adapter AMD Radeon HD 8750M has a yellow exclamation mark and in Device status writes: Windows has stopped the device because it has reported problems. (Code 43).

Do you have another possible explanation or solution?

Hi guys.

I read all of yours posts and I didn't know what to  do, so I instal Windows 8.1 x64 and let Windows itself download all the drivers and it  did. Graphics drivers, wi fi drivers ect. you name it. But, of course no option to switch graphics. Then I install Call of Duty: Ghost and I played it for an hour on extra details on 30-40 fps so my opinion is that AMD Radeon 8750M turn on when we run games, when Intel D Graphics 4600 works in "other time".
