On another forum, I found this:

Since it is a bulk order and if you are in UK, Ireland or Africa, all you have to do is write an email to  HPPowerCord_EMEA.Bulk@HP.com and they will sort this out for you.

Based on that, I tried sending an email to HPPowerCord_AMS.Bulk@HP.com and it has not bounced yet.  No reply either though...

I lied... that one bounced too.  Sorry.

So, how many is it?  Earlier in this thread it was stated if more than 10.  Now it's more than 50.  And that email address still doesn't work.

Sanchertx, maybe you didn't read the entire thread. The email doesn't work!

This is a delivery failure notification message indicating that an email you addressed to email address :

-- hppowercord.ams_bulk@hp.com

could not be delivered. The problem appears to be :

-- Recipient email address is possibly incorrect

Additional information follows :

-- 5.1.1 <hppowercord.ams_bulk@hp.com>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual alias table

This condition occurred after 0 attempt(s) to deliver over a period of 0 hour(s).

If you sent the email to multiple recipients, you will receive one of these messages for each one which failed delivery, otherwise they have been sent.

I have also tried the bulk email address from within Washington, DC, still getting a bounce back. We currently have almost 4000 laptops assigned to employees and need to get answers ASAP. Please fix the email address....

Was on with support for over an hour and all they would do is give me this email address that doesn't work. I managed to get in contact with my old HP rep(we stopped buying HP, i bet you can guess why). He said that he'll take care of it if I get him all the info.

This is service is absolutly unacceptable(aside from the support from my rep). This should have been worked out in advance before they announced the recall. This is typical from HP though. Not sure what I expected. I would never have to go through as many hoops to deal with a recall of this scale with Dell. Its a wonder HP is still in business

My power cord does not have the "LS-15" marking on it. It has "LS-18" on it and it gets very hot when plugged into the wall outlet and even a power surge protector. I was told that this is normal. I can't imagine this being normal. I'm always scared to leave my HP Laptop charging when I'm not home in fear of it starting a fire. Is there anyone else with this issue.

The email is correct, the problem with the “bouncebacks” has been addessed.

You should try to send the emails again and if you get a another bounceback - please let us know.

Please use the specific email for the appropriate Regions:

EMEA : HPPowerCord_EMEA.Bulk@HP.COM

ASIA :  HPPowerCord_APJ.Bulk@HP.COM

AMS : HPPowerCord.AMS_Bulk@hp.com
