I agree.  And we still haven't received confirmation of how many units qualifies for the bulk order.

HP wouldn't understand Customer Service if it hit them in the face. We are people that buy 100s(and aparently 1000s) of your machines. How about a nice written announcement of the full procedure and terms of the replacement for Business customers in the Recalls section of the site. We shouldn't have to watch this forum for the information we need to do our jobs. We shouldn't have to sit on hold for an hour+ just to get a scripted anwser that isn't even correct to our concerns.

3:30 PM Central Time (USA) and still not working.  Several Hundred Laptops in use across the state and I'm going to need these cords replaced ASAP.
