Product: HP Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
too many error messages too remember 12 hr ordeal. Attempted to wake HP Notebook up from Sleep mode.
Would not open/ attempted to turn off/restart/ attempted to back up files would go through the steps and get an error code.Tried to restore to previous restored to Factory Settings. How can I retrieve files

You can try salvage data from HDD:
Follow one of the following methods:
1) Create LiveCD from another computer. Boot from this disc in your laptop, then copy the files from HDD to another external hard drive connected to notebook.

2) Take out the hard drive out. Connect it to another computer using SATA to USB adapter. Use Windows explorer to copy the files you need from HDD to another external hard drive.
