Hello Funderburk
I would encourage you to post your product number for your computer. I am linking an HP Support document below that will show you how to find your product number. As well, if you could indicate which operating system you are using. And whether your operating system is 32-bit or 64-bit as with this and the product number we can provide you with accurate information.

Hello HP staff
I am using a HP Pavilion 15-b115ea Sleekbook running windows 8.1, I updated this from the windows 8 approx 1 month ago. Since I did this my laptop isn't recognising my integrated camera, HP TrueVision HD. Also multiple devices I connected to the laptops USB ports won't work. Example: nikon camera D3100, samsung galaxy nexus.
I searched for drivers for my laptop on the hp site, without finding any drivers for the webcam, usb,... All of the others that I found, I installed but this ofcours does not help the webcam or other usb devices.
I got another laptop running 8.1, which is an ASUS and in this case there are no problems conneting the camera or integrated camera or phone,...
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers without succes. All of the above posts I have tested and again without succes.
I hope I will get a succesful answer soon!
regards,
Laurens

aider moi
bonne journée
