Hi topy,
I saw your post regarding find a Bluetooth driver and I will be happy to help. I will need some additional information from you. Your model can have one of three different Bluetooth adapters in it. I will need you to go to your Device Manager and under either Bluetooth or Network Adapters what do you have listed for a Bluetooth adapter. I will also need to know your operating system.
Opening Device Manager:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ca/windows/open-device-manager#1TC=windows-7
Finding your OS:

Thank you,

Hi toby,
You have an Intel adapter under your Bluetooth Radios and that seems to working properly. What Bluetooth device are you trying to install? That is the one giving us that exclamation mark. What is the hardware ID for that Bluetooth peripheral? I have included a link below that will show you how to do it.

Here is another document this one is on connecting a Bluetooth device.

Hello,
I have a problem with my Bluetooth hardware as well.
My notebook is a: HP Pavilion g4-2082la
And the HW-ID for the Broadcom 20702 Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter is:
USB\VID_0A5C&PID_21E3&REV_0112
USB\VID_0A5C&PID_21E3
I hope you can help me please, I also downloaded the driver from the HP driver page, but I can't install since it says the Hardware Bluetooth must be activated (and it is, according to Device Manager) to install.
Thank you,
Daniel Rivas
