Laptop Charger Plugged In But Not Charging

I am having the same problems, I am having difficulties getting my laptop to charge to full power to be able to try to calibrate it and I am unsure what updating the BIOS will do.....Please help! I have been working at this for 3 days! Please help. I am not sure what else to do.

i have the same problem with my hp 430 laptop, and the cover of it is so vunerable to scracthes. the not chaeging is very frequently, it happen last week and today it happen again since last weekm, o dont know wat to do, please help me, thanks.

Hi I have a hp compac and just got a new battery 4 mths ago now the light for the charger won't turn on the computer was working fine till I used my battery without the charger. Laptop had enough battery to show lights but the light were the power source is will not turn on. Can someone help please.

yeah were having trouble getting our laptop to charge, because the charger isnt working well enough, having to pull on it to get it charge our laptop, but dont have money for a charger, so seeing what i can to get a new charger.

I got an error, "Cannot check Platform ID" when I tried to install the recommended BIOS update.  What do I do?
