Pavilion 15 p096tx
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hello, i'm a Hp User since 2010 (Hp G42 with i5 and ati radeon 5400 with a 4GB ram running on windows 7)and i used to trust Hp was the best of all times in doing work, gaming and other stuff, it gave me a satisfying performance. and just 1 week Ago, i bought a new Hp laptop, A Hp Pavilion 15 p096tx with i5 1.6~2.4ghz with nvdia geforce 830M 2gb with a ram memory of 4GB running on Microsoft windows 8.1 64 bit. when i had my HP g42, i didnt have any lags(non-FPS dropping)on League of legends. and so i thought of buying a new laptop since its already old. when i bought it i tried playing League of Legends and other games. the first 5-10 minutes, i didnt have any lag happening on League of Legends. and when it hit 15 minutes, it started to freeze(FPS dropping when i skill), i've tried almost everything. Defragging, Making my laptop run on high performance (always), closing all background apps, Checking task manager while playing league of legends (Cpu 10%, memory 49%, Disk 0-100% ( "system" was the cause of disk running up to 100% i dont know why), Network 0%, making intel all set to performance and nvdia all set to performance, changing graphics of the game ( Very high and Very low Has the same FPS nothing increased nothing decreased), updating drivers and windows, and factory resetting, redownloading the game.. This is getting on my nerves.. I Loved HP... HELP !! if you are wondering what am i asking help for, i want it to run on Maximum performance( Tried removing the battery to increase performance, DOESNT HAVE ANY EFFECT). and dont tell me that my laptop is broken because its officially from HP and i didnt do anything to it i have an AVG antivirus. i want a refund if this is not fixable because i'm not wrong and it wasn't my responsibility) PS: i've taken care of it really good its 99% unscratched and never messed the insides.. i need help seriously

the problem was SuperFetch and Windows search from Services, disable it and you wont have an FPS drop in League of Legends.
