Never got a response from HP, it hasn't gotten any worse, I just think it could be a little tighter, so I haven't persued it.  Otherwise the laptop has been great.

Hello,

I am starting to see a loosening of my screen too, but it hasn't been a large issue yet.  I would like to know, however, what happens when it becomes too loose?  Will it be repaired/replaced?  Would there be a cost along with that?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Anyone able to get this resolved easily? Having used this machine now for about 8 months I am now noticing one of the hinges is a bit lose... makes a noise as I adjust the screen. Annoying but not a huge issue for now.

I am having the same problem

I have the same problem, can you help me?

I am also having issues with this. My left hinge is quite loose, and I notice that it's lower on the side because of the looseness and rubs against the lower half any time I move the screen. Is this something that can be fixed? Because it's seemingly getting looser every day now...Thanks in advance!

I also have the same problem.  Posted as a new question to HP. Will let you know if I figure out anything.
