Please help me with the same problem + 1 more.

 

1. My laptop doesn't have the 2 drivers for Base System Device. the informations are:

2. The second problem I have is with the Generic Bluetooth Adapter. His status is "Windows has stopped this device becouse it has reported problems (Code 43)". The device type is Bluetooth Radios, Location Port_#0006.Hub_#0003

Hi:

 

You need to install the JMicron card reader driver listed under the Storage section on your notebook's support and driver page.

 

You need to install the Bluetooth software and driver for the model wireless card you have.

 

For example...If you have an Atheros wireless card you need to install the Atheros bluetooth software and driver.

I UPgraded the factory installed Vista to Xp on my dv9575eo a long time ago, and it has been working well. I have 3 drivers marked as missing, though, in the Base system device:

Since the Intel wired ethernet driver didn't work, get it directly from Intel at the link below.

 

Select the 32 or 64 bit driver, as applicable to your installation.
