Hi,
Please help me with the same problem + 1 more.
1. My laptop doesn't have the 2 drivers for Base System Device. the informations are:

Operatyng system: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit Service Pack 1

Hi:
You need to install the JMicron card reader driver listed under the Storage section on your notebook's support and driver page.
You need to install the Bluetooth software and driver for the model wireless card you have.
For example...If you have an Atheros wireless card you need to install the Atheros bluetooth software and driver.

I UPgraded the factory installed Vista to Xp on my dv9575eo a long time ago, and it has been working well. I have 3 drivers marked as missing, though, in the Base system device:

You need this driver for the PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2392:
Since the Intel wired ethernet driver didn't work, get it directly from Intel at the link below.
Select the 32 or 64 bit driver, as applicable to your installation.
