Hello Dhanushka89,
I see that you are having problems with the webcam on your HP computer. I have a couple of suggestions that may help with your issue.
Here is a link to some troubleshooting steps for webcam problems. Follow the steps in the link and it may help with your issue.
If this doesn't help I would suggest verifying that the webcam is listed in the device manager under imaging devices. If it is not listed the internal webcam may be disconnected.

Hello Angel,
I see that you are having problems with a green tint when using the webcam on Skype.
If you are only getting the green tint on the Skype app I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the Skype app and make sure the software for the app is updated.
Can you provide the model and product number of the computer? Here is a link that shows how to find that information.

Hi I also have a major problem of my camera not working/ not being recognised under any platforms/software or oultets on my laptop. My laptop is a HP Pavilion Notebook PC g6-2276sa AND the product number is D1Q70EA#ABU. The laptop is brand new and I have it for only a day since 30/08/2013. My operating system is windows 8, when i click on the camera app I am told to connect a camera, when I go on the cyberlink youcam program it notifies "Warning, No webcam detected. Try plugging in a webcam into your computer now. If you are using an integrated camera, make sure that it is turned on". When i go on Device Manager - webcam, camera, or image device are nowhere to be seen. I have also attempted system recovery and this has not helped my case. I have also attempted to re downlowed the youcam 3.5 software. When I was doing this it told me I already had this software and offered to uninstall in order to reinstall again. I went through with this and still no avail. Please I need help I have tried everything in the steps manual on the troubleshooting page for camera and nothing has worked, Can someone please help. Its really ruining my experience of having a new HP laptop which otherwise is great. I want to take pictures, go on skype, video messaging etc so i really need this to work.
