I would recommend that you use the following document to troubleshoot your issue.

Try that and let me know if anything in that document helps to resolve your issue. There might be a more serious hardware issue going on with your notebook.

Hello. I cannot get my laptop to turn on. The led lights are flashing and the fan is running but nothing is shown on the screen. I have tried performing the hard reset but nothing has changed. The make is HP G61 and the product number is WA964UA#ABC.

I have a DV9817CL laptop that will not start, there are no LEDs or beeps.  I have tried all of the steps on the HP website to troubleshoot the issue to no success.  Is there anything else I can try outside of taking it in for service?

hi. my hp laptop wont turn on before it would but i had to hold the power buttton for like an hour or even more. And now it doesnt turn on at all when i plug in the charger it shows that its charging but it never turns on anymore ive taken the battery out but that doesnt help either.. can you please tell me whats wrong with it thanks

Hi,

I took my laptop battery out to check the serial number to get it replaced as it was not charging much.
But now laptop HP pavilion dv6500 won't even start on both ac power and battery.
I can see ac power adapter light on charging pin but there is no light or blink on any of the laptop led.
Please help.
