Hi Dear Sirs!
I am Mohammad Najafi from Iran.
I have HP laptop & HP printer that have unexpired guarantee.
But as you know I live in Iran and no companies take care about HP guarantee.
Then my question is:
What's the way to repaire and change the parts of my HP laptop?
Thanks before
Mohammad Najafi

Dear Grad !
I am so glad that you have a self repair program.
That is good for me that live in Iran ,as you know there is not any authorized HP service here.
I read your self repair program.
There is a problem with me, I don't know where I can talk or email for explain my problem conditions.
The UAE( Dubai) is the nearest authorized country to Iran.
But I can't go to the UAE(Dubai) because I have not passport to travel.
Then please show me the way to repair or if the nessecary to get the replacment part for my HP product.
Thanks
Mohammad Najafi

Dear Grad!
Thanks for reply.
My laptop product number is: A2B79EA#ABV
And the problem is : it dosn't turn on, there is no noise or sign of working.
I changed the adaptor and battery but there is the problem still .
I can't undrestand what the matter is.
Thanks

Thanks for sending me your product number. You have the Pavillion g6-1243se Notebook, which is a Business model. Your issue would be best answered on the HP Enterprise Business Community Forums
