Hi all,
after a couple of phone calls and another 'test' with online support, it was agreed that I can get an replacement. Arranged with the Shop where I bought the notebook, that I can get another brand/computer or even my money back. There seem to be problems with the Pavilion m6, but because it is relatively new on the market the complaints just coming in. So my advise is to let HP or the retailer know you have the problem and I'm sure you won't have any problems to get a replacement. The more people complain the quicker the take this lemon off the market.

Disabling the Bluetooth driver absolutely solved this problem for my Pavilion dm1.  Such a simple and elegant solution!  Thank you Thank you.

Have you tried updating you WiFi drivers?
