HP Pavilion 17 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

This is a brand-new notebook PC, just arrived today, and I can access Google Mail and Google Calendar, but it will not allow me to access any of the spreadsheets, documents, or slideshows I've created in Google Docs.  I keep being told that there's a problem with the website security certificate, and I go ahead and continue to the website, I get an OpenDNS message that "This domain is blocked due to content filtering."

There's probably a simple solution to this but I have been using Apples for the past five years and thought I'd return to a PC because it's usually easier when touring with a presentation, but the notebook is no good to me if I can't access Google Docs.  Help?!

Thanks for the help - I discovered that it really wasn't something wrong with the HP but instead with the permissions on the network.  Problem resolved.  My old-man confusion was worsened by the fact that I could access gmail and the calendar but nothing else.  Appreciate the assist.

Hi there @GramPCA ,

Although HP does not support Google Docs, I would be happy to assist you the best that I can. I just need a little more information.

What browser are you currently trying to use?

Have you tried another browser?

Please let me know.

Thanks.
