Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

I just recently factory rest my computer but my windows activation wont activate and allow me to upgrade to windows 10.

Hi,

 

Did you upgrade to Windows 10 before ? If yes, you can install Windows 10 now using the following instructions:

 

              https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10

 

During the installation process, skip the step to enter key. Windows 10 will activate when you come online.

 

Note: You have to install same version of Windows 10 before.

yes i did upgade and i factory reset then ran the setup you just sent me but I dont know where to find my product key.
