Guys,
I have the same problem, but wih an additional bug: my wi-fi stops and even though I can enable the wi-fi button, I cannot search for any connections. It simply stops working and I have to restart my laptop.
When I turn it off/ restart it, the pc freezes and doesn't complete any of these operations. I have to press the power button to shut it down. When I turn it on once agai, my wi fi works and allows me to search to any connections.
Does anybody know what is happening?

Hello, Felippedrm
It seems you have another problem than these people in this thread. I suggest you to create a new thread with this problem or search online.
Also, I suggest you to check if your error was caused by problem which bluescreens your computer (while turning it off). Sometimes you can not see the actual see that bluescreen (PC just clitches). So I suggest you to go in C:\Windows\Minidump and check if there are files. If you have files, check the date in the file name. If you see minudump file which was created lately, I succest also to include it in your new thread. If you don't have any minidump there, then your shut down problem isn't caused by bluescreen error.
So, make another thread for your problem and best of luck! 🙂
(PS - If you have done with your own thread, I suggest you to check your wi-fi router driver. It may need an update)

ftp://15.216.111.13/pub/softpaq/sp58501-59000/sp58720.exe
I took it from another friend posted in this forum.( Only Airplane mode on/off along with Wi-fi)
I installed. It works for some time then it stopped functioning. I Repaired it instead of Re-installing.
Try this...
..... Thanks a lot....

Try to load deafult BIOS settings.
Go in BIOS - choose the last tab - "Load deafult settings" or something like this.
And now you should be able to turn on/off wifi and bluetooth in PC settings and also Airplane button should work now.

Went back and installed f.05 but it said an error occurred but it restored to f.05 default.
I don't understand why hp is doing this meaningless work.
We need new bios with best graphics performance.
