Hello DineshF,
Have you tried any of the suggestions in the document I linked to above? How often does your notebook shut off unexpectedly? What is your product number and operating system?

Hi,
Ya I actually did update the bios as suggested and for the most part it helped. Its not as frequent now but still does occur if more than one video is running especially on HDMI.
I'd say after about 2 hours of simultaneous video running or in and around that much time with video running starting and stopping, it'll reboot itself.

OS: WIN7 Home Premium.

Have you noticed the notebook getting hot before it shuts off?
First, you should make sure that the notebook's cooling system is free of dust and debris. This document has instructions.
