Hi,
Please check these steps:
- Click Start,
- Click Control Panel,
- Click Device Manager,
- Expand Network adapters,
- Right click it and Enable it.
(I click mine now means Disable it)

Try the switch on the notebook cover.

Hello villa1000,
I would suggest making a brand new post for your issue, and post it at the HP Enterprise Business Community Forum, because your Probook is a business model.
