I have accidentally deleted some drivers and afterwards I realised that my internet portable cable is not at all detecting. So I bought a Wifi & again internet started working. But recently on 1st Aug'14 again I've started to face problems with internet and now it detecting the wifi for sometime & then it get disconnected. The biggest mistake that I have done is not created Recovery disc yet. Laptop was from USA and I'm using it in India. So request HP support to please help me how to restore to factory setting. Can I able to get my laptop recovery disc copy from HP India (Mumbai) ?

@Sandeep_N

Here is the contact page for phone support in India. You should be able to order Recovery Discs from there.

@Hadar4700

I will be happy to help but I will need to know what operating system you are using and what you have listed in your Device Manager under Network Adapters.

Hello,

I have done the same thing. I don't know why I did it but here are the details to my laptop :

Product name:HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC
Product number:J6Y88EA#ABH
Serial number:5CD4246J1K
BIOS (Configuration):F.04-05/15/2014 (0975100000405F10000620180)
Keyboard revision:77.12
Total memory:8.00 GB
Processor name:Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4210U CPU @ 1.70GHz

I bought the laptop in Holland, but I am English.

If you can help me sort this I will be forever grateful. Right now I have downloaded something which gives me incredibly weak connection even when I am right next to the router aaaand nothing if I go maybe 3 metres from it.

Thanks
