Hi again HBK6,

I installed the suggested driver. However, it seems to not be the remedy as I have loaded Windows 8.1 and thew VISTA drivers seems to not be recognized as valid. Any suggestions? Awaiting your reply.

Thanks

Hi

@CDARCO There are no drivers for Windows 8.1 for your model just Windows Vista.

@primetime21 and @patirick1 to be able to help I will need your product number and your operating system. Also, what does it say under Network Adapters in your Device Manager? If you are getting an unknown device get the hardware ID.
