PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_4220&CC_028000

Hi:
There is no W7 driver for the Intel Pro 2200 (PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_4220).
Use the Vista driver from your notebook's support and driver page.
You may have to manually install it.
The wireless card will work with W7 because I had the same model card and used a Vista driver for it.
There were only XP drivers on my notebook's support and driver page, or I would have posted the link to a Vista driver.

You're very welcome.
What is the full model number of your notebook, and then we won't have to play 20 questions, and I can see if I can find the drivers you need.
Also post the hardware ID's for the devices that need drivers.
Please read this guide for where to find a hardware ID for a device.

Also, did you install W7 32 or 64 bit?
