"E" does not show up when I go into HP_TOOLS to correct "low disk space"

Message comes up frequently: Low disk space on HP_TOOLS (E).

When I open up Control Panel>Systems> Systems Protect (E) does NOT show up. How do I get E to appear so I can follow the suggestions?

Don't worry about it.   During "normal" operations of Windows, nothing on the 'E:' drive is used.

Don't delete any files from this 'HP TOOLS' partition. 

If you have problems with your computer, you may need to use the files on 'E:' to diagnose/repair your copy of Windows.

Do not attempt other things at the moment - E (HP Tools) is a more special partition, not your standard Windows partition.

HP_Tools drive is to store all the files needed for system diagnostics. when you store some files to the HP_TOOLs, you will get the low disk space problem due to the tiny storage space.
