My laptop is pavilion g4
It's says,

Hard disk error
Please run the hard disk test in system diagnostics
Hard disk 1 (3F1)
F2 system diagnostics

What shall I do , pls help

the start up screen says hard disc imminent failure but when i do the hard disc self test the hard disc passes.  It wont let me download any virus protection or any updates.  What is my next step?
