I see that you are having problems with the hard drive on your computer. I would like to help with this issue but I need some information.
Can you provide the model and product number of the computer? Here is a link that shows how to find that information.

so sorry i have a presario cq 62 413NR and the error code is 3FO ser# CNF1035P37 prod#XZ272UA#ABA I replaced the hrd dr less than a yr ago if i need new drive its going in the trash im done with hp product

my screen says www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup saying that the cooling fan is not working, can anyone advice me please!
