Urgent help needed, I can't access my laptop as I have been trying to reboot it but I somehow lost my recovery data,as a result, my screen is blank with only this message..."BOOTMGR is missing Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart" but it keeps coming back whenever I do, got no acces to my laptop since yesterday.... Please help me

I bought a hp 2000 pc with windows 8 preinstall. When I boot the pc I get the message: please visit : www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup. What am I suppose to do to get to my desktop?

What is your product number?  This document can show you where it is located.

Also, run the diagnostic on your hard drive as per this document and post the result.

It sounds like your notebook may be having issues reading the hard drive.  Please run this diagnostic on the machine and post the result.

Also, please provide your product number.  This document can help show you where it is located.

I just replaced my hard drive and trying to reinstall programs from recovery disk.  I keep getting error message:  Boot device not found.  Please install an operating system on your hard disk  Hard disk (3fo)..

   What is this?
