my computer has sent me to this screen twice. where it tells me to go to www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup how ever when i restart my computer. my operating system works perfecly.

im curently running windows 8.1

My pc said that cooling sestem has some proplem

and that happened after i used the hoover to clean dust inside the vent..is that means that i caused dameg to the fans inside it???

Without the mains charger cable connected my laptop switches itself off after about 4 minutes.

I then switch on whilst charging and a message comes up that reads:

                                                 "The system has detected the storage capacity of the battery stated below to be very low.

                                                  For optimal performance, this battery may need to be replaced.

                                                  Primary  (internal) Battery  (601)  "

Is this the clip off battery underneath, or is it another battery deep inside ?

Also,   once I know what to buy,  where am I best buying from ?

I have an hp pavilion g6 laptop windows 8 I droped it and the battery dislodged I put it back but it would not reboot said use disk for hard drive have not got that said go to hp tech help can anyone tell me how to restart it back to working condition without a reboot disk thank you

''SMART hard disk error'' and ''boot device not found'' and ''please install an operating system on you hard disk''.

My laptop is: COMPAQ

Model: Compaq CQ58

Window 8 64-bit.

I bought it just few months ago. Please help.
