There was a message on the hp utility to consider before updating windows8.1 .
But I didn't notice that, then I updated to windows 10 also. I think it is the reason for this file transfering issue..
Can you please give me a better solution..

Slow file copying would most likely be caused by the OS installing generic chipset and storage controller drivers. In other words, you need to install specific drivers for your motherboard. I am also going to point out that your laptop has an AMD E1-1200 processor @1.4 ghz. This is an extremely weak processor and my guess would be that if you check Task Manager (ctrl alt delete and then more details to see CPU) you are going to see the processor spiked at nearly 100% all the time.
Here are the HP Windows 8.1 drivers for your model:
http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-2000-Notebook-PC-series/5330596/model/5360348
Please be sure the menu on the page is set to Windows 8.1 as it will default to the OS on the computer used to access the page and HP has not posted Windows 10 drivers for that machine.

That is actually not too bad. You are seeing the different write speeds of the 2 media. I will bet the pen drive is a usb 2.0 and you can't move data to it faster than its write speed. You can move data from it at its read speed which is faster.
