Anybody have problems getting replacement cartridges for defective ones? My first experience with InstantInk has been an unmitigated DISASTER!  A black HP  InstantInk cartridge for my 9018 printer was defective - I called HP Support  (took hours to be able to speak to someone) to ask for a replacement. The representative said "Sorry for the delay, but we don't have any cartridges right now." That's over a week ago! Still no cartridge from HP. So I went out and bought a cartridge at Office Depot so I would be able to use my printer again. HP InstantInk is a non-sequitur. No Ink AND CERTAINLY Not Instant.  Whoa to folks who would want to sign up for this service.
