I understand that the red light not blinking printer shuts down hp tank 310,
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Did you make any hardware or software changes on your PC?
Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps from the document fix :-

One or both printhead icons, Error icon, and Printhead Alert light blink
This condition occurs when one or both of the ink printheads needs attention or is faulty, incorrect, missing, damaged, or incompatible.
Go to An 'Incompatible' or 'Ink Cartridges Missing' Error Message Displays for information to resolve a printhead error.

Error icon, Paper Error icon, and the Resume light are on
This condition occurs when there is no paper in the input tray. Load the printer with plain paper to resolve the issue.

Raise the input tray.

Slide the paper width guide all the way to the left.

Load plain white paper into the input tray, slide the stack of paper down until it stops, and then slide the paper width guide against the edge of the paper.

Pull out the output tray, and then raise the tray extender.

NOTE:
Before printing, select the correct paper size and paper type settings from the computer.
