hello My name is Anna and I am having a problem while sharing my screen with students.  I can share but i can not share a video with sound on their end.  I can hear the video i am sharing but they can't hear any noise on their end?  Can you help me?  My laptop is not old at all.

Also,  for some reason the font doesn't stay the normal size it should.  I have to keep going into the 3 dots in the upper right corner and hit plus sign(zoom) to make font big enough to see...ughhh lol  It keeps defaulting to 25%   I am a teacher and this is frustrating since I am working with children.
