Hi,

We have a Polycom Soundstation2 connected to a Vonage box that we'd like to use for 3-way calls.  Instructions from both Vonage and Polycom say that to do so we can press the conference button to switch over to dial the second person and then again once they've picked up to enable the 3-way call.  Occasionally this works, but in most cases, pressing the conference button causes the first call to hang up.

Are 3-way calls supported with the Soundstation2 over Vonage?  Is there some change we need to make to get the conference button working properly?

Thanks,

Hello Pixa,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The FAQ shows this post here:

Oct 20, 2011 Question: How can I setup a conference via my Polycom Conference Phone?
Resolution: Please check => here <=

It explains about the flash times and your SIP provider should know what times to set this.
