My company installed a Polycom SoundStation 2 phone in 2019. It is mainly for video conference. There is an indivial BDEL line for that phone. It could dial out as a normal phone in the past. My colleague recently found it could not dial out as before. I can't figure out what the problem is, and tried many times as the manual said.
Will it be because the line is being linked with a MAXHUB program now?

Hello @FK-2020 ,
welcome to the HP Poly community.
Your post was placed in a section not suitable for your question and my role as a community volunteer I have moved it. It was moved to a section that is more suitable for you or has a specific dedicated section. There is no action required from your end.
The SoundStation 2 is an analog phone that can work on a PSTN Line or off a PABX.
Both provide analog capabilities and, if set up correctly, can receive or make calls. I can only suggest you work with whoever set up the line for the phone. Other volunteers may reply as well.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier
