I have a Polycom SoundStation 2W locked at Please Wait and the soft keys don't work. It is less than three years old and was working fine until two weeks ago. I have checked all the connections to confirm all cords are correctly connected with no results. Suggestions?

Hello @Cynthia Chandler,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
Have you tried taking out the battery and leave it disconnected for some time?

Hello @ccooper,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
There should be a connector that enables you to unplug the battery.

Hello shaker07@hotmail.com,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
Not knowing anything about the device or its history we can only assume it is defective.
The next step would be to open a ticket.
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.
End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing Polycom devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.
If the unit is no longer within warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here
