Polycom Soundstation 2w cannot connect to conference bridge

When we dial into certain conference bridges and enter the code, it is not recognized by the conference bridge. It dials correctly, and the codes are entered correctly, but the codes are not accepted. This does not happen with all conference bridges. Any resolution?

This is most likely a flash timing issue. You can try to adjust the flash timing of the phone to 300 ms. By default the phone is set to 600 ms. In the options you go to Admin Setup/ Phone System/ Flash Timing.
