Hello

 

We recently bought a Polycom SoundStation Duo with the intention of connecting it to our Siemens HiPath telephone switch.

 

Has anyone had any issues or success in connecting the above to a Siemens switch?

If yes, what were the issues and how was it resolved.

Hello iuk,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Is this in regards of a analog line or a SIP connectivity?

 

  • In case of analog simply setting the right FLASH time for the HiPath should be sufficient

  • In case of SIP please follow the VoIP FAQ post here:

    Oct 7, 2011 Question: Can I register or is my Polycom Phone compatible with a “XYZ” SIP Server?
