Hello, I am trying to access my voicemail but I am not sure how. I read through the manual for this phone and there is no information for voicemail while other phones provide voicemail information in their manuals. How can I access my voicemail for polycom voicestastion (tm)100?

welcome to the Polycom Community.
The Voice Station is an analog phone and therefore does not have any functionality like a voice mail.
This is most likely a service that is provided by whoever provided you analog line.
Please liaise with that organisation.

Thank you but I have already contacted my service provider and the voicemail service for my phone is enabled by them, what is strange is that the voicemail to email that they have configured works so there should be some way to listen to my voicemail from my phone too, since when I bought the phone it said "A headset is geat for listening to your voicemail"

you would need to dial some sort of number to get to the voicemail but again this is not in the control of Polycom and whoever provides the analog line would need to be consulted.

maybe they gave you the wrong code.
Our VoiceStation 100 has been sold all over the world and utilizes industry standard DTMF signals.
Simply plugging another analog phone into the phone socket should show the same result.
