Hello,

I can't register Sound Station W2 P/N 2200-07880-120 per GAP in Hipath 4000 DECT.

You can see config in the Attachment.

Any Idea? Please can you help me?

Hello Christian,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

What Software Version are you running on the SS2W as older Versions did not offer GAP registrations. If your menu shows GAP then it "should" work.

I believe we only support 6 digit passwords so you should check this as well on your HiPath end.

If this is an old used unit it could also be that it is defective.

Hello Steffen,

it's a new SS2W.

Here are the Software Version: CVM 1.85, DSP: S2W.CON.01.605, CPLD:1.06

My Menu shows GAP, can also use 8 digit's in the password menu for GAP, but can't regitser in Hipath. Hipath Assistant accepts only 8 digit for cordless E Pin. So I cant't use 6 digits.

Have contacted my Hipath supporter and waiting for an answer.

Have activated the easy register and a 4 digit password. Config see attachement.
