Hello!

I have very low mic volume with SS2. Approximate 50% of usual.
Admin setup - > Diagniostics -> Mic test give 3 of 7 scale units at normal speak.
Connect to mobile phone give same result.
Clear sound without any noise but very low volume. Speaker work well, and change his loudness does not affect. Other party straining ears..
I have no any idea how to correct this. System info says SS2.CON.01.252
Can anyone help me?

In addition, full-duplex, very bad. When I say I do not hear the interlocutor and vice versa. If we speak at the same time, when voice is clipping on the both side.

Same as our model SoundStation2W. Tried Mic Test and got about 3 bar. The LED didn't glow red as Administrator Guide says.

Are these new devices or are these purchased 2nd hand ?

 

In case of the SS2W has the firmware been updated to the latest release ?
