SoundStation2 Conference Call

Hi;

I've one SoundStation2 and I can't make a MultiCall using it although I can make with any other set on the same line...when I call one party it's fine; pressing the bridge button and calling the 2nd party; the first one is placed on hold; and the 2nd is active ; I can't combine them in a conference even if i press on the join button it kept on flashing only!

Please advise urgently
