I am trying to connect the Soundstation 2 to a Visual Concert to a VSX 7000 camera. The brown offside plug in to the camera will plug into the offside jack in the Visual Concert but the off side Visual Concert connection to the Soundstation 2 has an offside jack on the Visual concert and a regular RJ-45 jack on the Soundstation 2. Do they make a cable for this. The diagrams from Polycom support are not clear at all.

Hello Wheels123,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

To my knowledge this only supports the SoundStation VTX 1000 and not a regular SoundStation 2.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hi All - The Soundstation 2 is connected thru the VTX 1000 but when I get an incoming call on the VSX 7000 codec, the soundstation does not ring and cannot be used as speakers and microphone. I'm sure it must be a setting in the codec somewhere because the soundstation works as a conference phone and the VSXcan connect PTP.
