To charge the headset, place it in the charging cradle. The charging LED flashes when charging the headset and remains steady when the headset is fully charged. Charge for at least 20 minutes before the first use.

To determine your headset battery status:

  •  Listen to the voice prompts after powering on the headset
  • With your headset idle, view the headset battery level on your base display's home screen
  • View in Poly Lens Desktop App
  • View headset LEDs while charging in your base charge cradle

Tip: To reset the accuracy of the talk time alert, deplete the headset battery, then charge it fully.

The headset provides up to 13 hours of talk time with a full charge.

Replace the rechargeable battery after three years or 500 charge cycles, whichever occurs first.

To ensure replacement batteries meet high-quality standards and for optimal performance, use only Poly batteries.
