- Unrecognized Serial number when trying to contact support
If your Serial Number is not recognized when trying to contact support, please follow the next steps:
Under Business Support, when creating a new Case, please select "My product or subscription service does not have a serial number” (example: Remote Graphics Software, Web Printsmart Plus, Instant Ink)"
Select Poly as the Product Name, choose your Product Series from the menu, and click Create case. When submitting your Case, please be sure to include the Serial Number that wasn't recognized in the Issue description.
To see Support options, select your Product Type, Product Category or Series, and Product Name from the following link:

I want to activate my warranty but the site doesn't recognize the serial number, 8CC4501MGP. The system is an HP All-In-One 27 Desktop 27-cr000 and the serial number comes up as noted. The system was just delivered 1 Mar 2025. Can you please address this?
