  • Microphone position: Make sure the customer is properly wearing the headset by checking the Left and Right engraving on the ear cushions

  •  Bluetooth Settings: set headset as the default audio source in device settings (iOS call audio routing/media and phone audio on Android OS)

  • Volume Levels: Configure volume levels on both the headset system and the device
