Microphone position: Make sure the customer is properly wearing the headset by checking the Left and Right engraving on the ear cushions
Bluetooth Settings: set headset as the default audio source in device settings (iOS call audio routing/media and phone audio on Android OS)
Volume Levels: Configure volume levels on both the headset system and the device

I have checked the points above, and everything is operational. However, the microphone does not capture the user's voice well; they need to speak loudly to be heard.
