Resolved issues
| Category | Issue ID | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Cloud service | VOICE-86450 | Call detail record (CDR) analytics used with the Poly Lens platform has an impact on VVX phones free memory use that can cause intermittent reboots. |
| Logs | VOICE-82487 | Poly VVX buisness phones log harmless but suspicious "Can not decode the packet" warnings on receipt of keep-alive messages |
| Network | VOICE-81068 VOICE-81067 | On Poly VVX business media phones, the phone can lose SIP registration and fail to register again after server failback until the phone restarts. |
| Peripherals | VOICE-81866 | On Poly VVX business media phones using Jabra Evolve 20 SE, Jabra Evolve2 40, Logitech H570e, or Logitech H340 USB headsets, the USB headset volume does not persist between calls when USB headset volume persistence is enabled. |
| Provisioning | VOICE-77149 | On Poly VVX phones, when the local SIP port is set to a nonstandard value and a SIP 200 OK registration response contains multiple Contact URIs, the phone selects the wrong Contact URI for TCP or UDP registration timing. |
| Security | VOICE-86192 | On Poly VVX business media phones with ICE enabled, a crafted SIP INVITE containing an oversized SDP ICE candidate can trigger an unauthenticated stack buffer overflow and crash the phone. |
| Software update | VOICE-88051 | On Poly VVX business phones, line subscriptions such as BLF, call notification, and voicemail stop working after registration failback until the subscriptions renew. |
| User interface | VOICE-84346 | Newer revision VVX x50 business media phones registered to BroadWorks call queues, sometimes failed to display Softkeys and Call Center call information, preventing users from answering or rejecting queue calls using the softkeys. |
