Siphon Networks Ltd sold this back in 02/07/2019. They are your Tier 1 and they can open Tickets with Poly.

Not sure i can help any. I got the cfg file from someone. You may need to edit. Once confirm powershell, real connect license all done, you can try to copy and paste this see whether your hybrid real connect can work.
