Hello,
Last week I was able to use Poly ZT with my Poly Edge 400 for active management (Reboot, Pull Device Config, Packet Capture, etc). Today, none of these feature appear to be working. I can see my device as Active in the Poly ZT profile. Curious if there is an issue with Poly ZT today with Active Management? Do I need to open a ticket with HP?

I did check the Poly Status page this morning and do not see any issues. Again, this worked last week with my device, but none of the active management features are working today. I was curious if it was just me or if anyone else was having this issue.

Update, after I submitted my Case with HP, status@plcm.vc sent out the below Advisory. They later said it was fixed. When I tried the active management this morning, everything works except Packet Capture.
